Richard has been involved in the QSR industry for the past 20 years, franchising, building, and operating well-known brands, in the Dallas Fort Worth market. Prior to that Richard worked for a large software company, for 15 years, managing a group in the development of systems software. Richard used his technical knowledge to successfully manage his QSR operations and build a successful business. After exiting the QSR businesses, he saw the opportunity to leverage and combine his technical and QSR skills to create the RunTime Centers concept. Richard’s 2 favorite books are “The Power of Now” and “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” and believes that taking personal responsibility increases peace and clarity of thought.

Gerald J. (Gerry) Reihsen, III, serves as corporate counsel to RunTime Centers and its affiliates, bringing over 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur and corporate/securities attorney. He provides comprehensive legal services to businesses and investors focused on dynamic growth, covering areas such as business creation, capital formation, investment fund structuring, real estate investment, corporate governance, and intellectual property matters.

Gerry has built a national reputation for his expertise in Opportunity Zone investments, leveraging tax benefits for private equity and real estate ventures. His prominence in this field earned him recognition among the nation's Top 25 Opportunity Zone Attorneys. He is frequently sought after as a speaker and writer on these subjects.

In addition to his legal practice, Gerry has co-founded and led numerous innovative businesses. These include Behringer Harvard Funds, a real estate investment platform with over $12 billion in global assets, and Xybridge Technologies, a pioneering telecom company. He also serves on several boards, such as Ashford Inc., and is involved in nonprofit leadership as a founder of Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep, a school providing low-income students with a college prep education and corporate work-study opportunities.

Rob has over 45 years of construction experience consisting of a diverse background from the field to the boardroom. His construction life stems from growing up in business starting at a very young age of working with my Grandfather. The love for the accomplishment of building something to withstand time and collaboration with a team to help others accomplish their own dreams and goals is what I enjoy each day. My diversity runs from all aspects of commercial market sectors to residential and all that entails in between. Proven executive leadership with emphasis on mentoring and growth of co-workers to accommodate the next generation. Manage by expectations and team approach to accomplish needed end results. A believer that client retention and relationship growth is achieved by doing what we say we will do and when we say we will do it coupled with doing the right thing.

Bianca is a distinguished professional with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing, from the University of Miami and a Master's in Health Administration from the same prestigious institution. Notably, Bianca holds the esteemed certification of Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma Management, a dynamic methodology that combines Lean and Six Sigma, providing a robust framework for process improvement.

With a proven track record of excellence in sales, Bianca consistently ranks as a top performer within her company. Her expertise is complemented by a background in franchising, a facet of business to which she has been exposed throughout her entire life. Excited about the prospect of contributing to RunTime's success, Bianca brings her unique skill set in Marketing and Operations Management to drive success and innovation within the organization.
