RuneTime Centers provides leasable drive through spaces as fulfillment centers for QSR concepts. If you believe that your restaurant concept could leverage our drive-through services, we invite you to reach out to us. Upon contacting us, we will engage in discussions regarding pricing and logistics to tailor our offerings to suit your specific needs.
QSR brands positioned to gain significant advantages from RunTime Centers are those that:
1-Offer online ordering and delivery services.
2-Prepare products upon ordering.
3-Have labor costs at approximately 20% to 25% of revenue.
4-Would benefit from a drive-through model but face challenges with high initial capital investments.
5-Are considering a drive-through format and seek to shorten their time-to-market and lower their overall investment.
By aligning with RunTime Centers, these brands can optimize throughput, reduce overhead, and enhance customer convenience, thereby maximizing their competitive edge in the market.
The tenant’s customers will scan or enter a code which will allow entrance into the drive lanes, only when their respective order is ready for pickup. This is to eliminate the possibility of overburdened traffic within the drive lanes and the center as a whole.
RunTime Centers provides leased spaces for merchants that are looking to optimize their online services. RunTime Centers is set to launch its operations in Lewisville Texas. Our vision extends beyond this initial location as we aim to expand our presence across the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex.
RunTime Centers uses standard local lease terms which are negotiated with each merchant. The demised premises includes the enclosed production area and the drive through lane. An additional technology fee is charged for the maintenance of the networking hardware and proprietary software provided by RunTime Centers.
RunTime Centers does not support ordering and paying in the drive lanes. The drive through lanes are for pickup only. The tenant’s customers must therefore place their orders and pay for them online before they arrive.
The tenant will pay to build out their interior space as an order processing or production area only. Dining rooms and other public areas are not allowed within the interior demised premises.
The tenant must have an active online ordering system that allows integration with third party software, such as RunTime Centers. Most all POS integrators, like Chowly, OLO and Deliverect along with most DSPs like Ubereats and Doordash, have those capabilities. Our goal is to integrate with what ever software your brand is currently using for online order processing without requiring any additional Apps.
